  • Blair Young Clark,
    DO

    Blair Young Clark, DO joined the Tiffin Eye Center in July 2017 after completing her ophthalmology residency at Beaumont Hospital in Taylor, MI.She became the primary owner of the practice in January 2020. Dr. Clark graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington in 2007 and medical school degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. She then began her postgraduate studies in neuro-ophthalmology at Michigan State University and neurology at St.John's Providence Hospital before completing her ophthalmology residency in 2017. Dr. Clark specializes in medical and surgical disease of the eye with a special interest in neuro-ophthalmology, treating retinal disease with injections, and laser therapy. She lives with her husband Anthony Clark and daughter Savannah in Fremont, OH. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, jogging and spending time with family and friends.

    Thomas Meade

    Dr. Meade - Thomas Meade graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1988 and was voted 'most likely to succeed' by his graduating class. He attended Youngstown State University and received his B.S. in 1991. He stayed at YSU and entered graduate school to work on a Master's degree. He then accepted an adjunct faculty position in the biology department at Thiel College in Greenville, PA. He decided teaching was not his calling and entered Ohio State University College of Optometry in 1994. He graduated in 1998 and was inducted into the International Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Meade did an externship at the Ohio Eye Alliance Surgical Center in Alliance, OH. He began practicing at the Tiffin Eye Center in July 1998 in Tiffin, OH where he resides with his wife and three children.

  • Wade E Young
    MD
    Ophthalmologist

    Wade E. Young, MD is a native of Green Springs, OH. He graduated from Clyde High School, Heidelberg University, and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Summa Health System in Akron, OH. He started practicing ophthalmology in the area in 1987. He founded the Tiffin Eye Center in 1995. He retired from full-time practice in 2019. Dr. Young plans to fill in from time to time as needed for his daughter, Dr. Clark. Dr. Young and his wife Cindy have four grown children and five grandchildren. He enjoys golf, hunting,playing the piano/bagpipes, and spending time with his grandchildren.
